Professional Photoshoots
Working with the Professionals
Working alongside professional photographer Tim Wallace has played a big part in developing my photography skills. In December 2024, I independently organised a company-wide photoshoot across three Dennis Eagle buildings, involving over 70 employees and more than 50 planned shots. I organised the schedule months in advance and worked closely with Tim throughout the day to make sure we captured everything we needed.
Working alongside a photographer with over 20 years of experience gave me the opportunity to learn how he approaches locations, lighting and working with people in front of the camera, particularly when time is limited.
In March 2026, I worked with Tim again on a two-day commercial shoot across Warwickshire and Dennis Eagle. This time, I had my own camera and shot alongside him, experimenting with different techniques and receiving feedback on my work. It was a great opportunity to put what I’d learned into practice and continue developing my confidence behind the camera.

Everyday Photography at Dennis Eagle
Alongside larger planned photoshoots, photography has become a regular part of my role at Dennis Eagle. I’m often called on for ad hoc photography, from professional headshots and employee features to imagery for marketing campaigns, social media and internal communications.
A lot of this photography supports Eagle Eye, the weekly newsletter I produce alongside our Senior Copywriter. This often involves travelling to customer sites to photograph their people, vehicles and operations, helping bring their stories to life.
I’m now picking up the camera once or twice most weeks, working across different people, locations and lighting conditions. This regular experience has helped develop my confidence, composition and ability to adapt quickly to different shooting environments.
