Photography Training

I’ve continued to develop my photography and videography through a combination of hands-on experience and professional training, learning from experienced creatives and applying those techniques to my own work.

In November 2025, I completed a two-day photography workshop with Raz at Warwick Photography Studio. The first day focused on studio photography, covering lighting, camera settings and post-production techniques. On the second day, we applied those skills at Dennis Eagle, working in a real commercial environment and recreating the challenges of an on-location shoot.

One of the biggest takeaways was having the opportunity to learn directly from Raz, gaining feedback on my own work and understanding how he approaches different shots. Following the course, Raz invited me to assist him on a client shoot, giving me valuable insight into how a professional photographer works on location.

In July 2026, I completed a two-day videography workshop with Ed from Soft Focus. The course built on my existing videography skills, focusing on camera operation, lighting, composition and getting the best out of contributors on camera. The workshop also covered editing techniques and approaches that I’ve since applied across my own video projects.
